 We have decided to take the “High Road”! Literally!

 After losing our jobs and unemployment ending, we had to ask ourselves, “Where do we go from here?”. We encountered brick walls time and time again. Out of these questions and frustrations, our dreams became a realization; it had been something that we have always wanted to do. We decided to take to the “road”, sell everything that would not fit (which is almost everything!), and are dedicating a year of our life to traveling the “Great U.S.A”, visiting familiar landmarks and many more unknown or seen. With a passion for life and a giving spirit, we also desire this trip not to only be about us, but to help others along the way in need. We know this epic journey will inspire our hearts, broaden our minds, and free our souls.

God has blessed my family and I with so much, that we want to live our life for Him through His grace and mercy, His compassion and His love. We want to be a blessing and an inspiration to all that we meet so that they may experience His abundant love as we have experienced it.

We see this trip as an opportunity to touch the lives of others, while hearing of their experiences of tragedy and triumph. In this blog we will share our journey, both trials and accomplishments. We especially will share the story of people we meet along the way, or as we call them “Butterflies”.
